The two gentlemen that arrived to fix our blinds, were respectful, friendly, knew what they were doing, and took additional time to explain to me how to get the most out of my honeycomb blinds. I will definitely use them again.

Very professional; knows their trade; courteous; Only thing that you need to know is that the orders take 2 months to get into the U.S. to be installed in your home; You need to know that after measurements are taken, you pay half of the cost and pay off the other half when installation occurs. Nice shutters; pleased with their work; shutters help muffle noise from the outside; shutters help keep the inside cooler.

Project: Replace interior shades. Bert was prompt in responding to request for estimate, and he patiently answered my many questions even though it was a small project. He emailed an estimate immediately, and followed up very rapidly on other contacts. He uses an app that lets clients know when he's going to arrive. He showed up promptly at scheduled time of installation and completed the job efficiently.

Very expensive. I paid $10 apiece for shutter magnets which are priced $2 apiece maximum on the internet. I should have asked the price ahead of time. For that mistake I paid the price!
