ClutterBlasters grew from de-cluttering and organizing; into estate Sales, downsizing, moving and garage sales. We even sell your cars, boats, jewels, sliver & gold. If needed my team includes a licensed auctioneer with the state of Texas as well as other service providers. Then we added; seasonal (four times per year) deep cleaning, move-in and move-outs. Donna Lanners is Founder, Owner and President of ClutterBlasters, is degreed; from UTD, worked in corporate for over 20 years and believes in being fair, honest and having some fun along the way. By listening to what it is that you want to accomplish we set up a system or schedule according to your needs. We offer sound suggestions and there is no job that is too large, small or impossible to complete. If you have unusable rooms, full patios, garages or sheds, rented storage units or an entire house that is full; allow ClutterBlasters to help you. We will sell your usable or unwanted items (stuff) and convert it to cash. We will also; clean, Organize and De-Clutter your life along the way. If you require a licensed auctioneer, we have one available on our staff for those special items or final liquidation. We will Organize & De-Clutter your Home, Garage, perform Special Projects, Move-In & Move Outs.

Services we don't offer

We are NOT a Moving Company. We are not equipped to work in mold or rodent infested environments, or where there is a large amount of spoiled food or feces. If the environment requires protective clothing please look for another qualified company. Thank You!

I spoke to Donna to set up an appointment for a consultation. She was very nice upfront as she explained the process and penciled us in for the date that our sale would take place. I explained that my parents had been in poor health for many years before their passing. This is the home that I grew up in and we have had it for 40 years. Donna did not show up to the appointment. I called her no less than 10 times and her phone went straight to voicemail. I left her a voicemail. I sent her text messages. I became concerned that she must have lost her phone. I sent her an email. I called her again this morning from my cell phone, straight to voicemail. It appeared that her phone was turned off. I called from my work phone number shortly after calling from my cell and suddenly the call goes through and she answers the phone. She said that she drove to the house and did not feel that the location was suitable for a sale as it is on a busy street. She also mentioned the multiple cars in the driveway being a deterrent for potential shoppers. She claims to have texted me. I received no texts. She did not call me nor did she come to the door to discuss. Thanks Donna for your consultation. I drove clear across town to meet you and made accommodations for my 2 year old and had to jump through quite a few hoops to meet you. I showed up an hour early and I waited around for over an hour worried about you. Had you come to the door I could have let you know that yes, there are cars in the driveway that have been neglected as my dad was a hobbyist and died slowly of cancer. The curb appeal is a reflection of my parents poor health. I could have told you that if need be we would have all of the cars removed for the sale and done anything you would have consulted us to do to beautify the driveway area to entice potential customers. We would of had plenty of time given that the sale date that you told me was a month out. I would have been able to tell you all about the parking situation on the side street being ideal for such a sale and the house being on a busy street is ideal for people to see the sale and stop in. If you had come inside you would have been delighted that you didn't judge a book by it's cover. The house is a treasure trove and would have been worth your time. I hope that you treat people with more respect in the future. When you were so delighted to talk to me on the front end and you even reserved the sale date I didn't dream that you would not have the decency to show up. This is an emotional time and your lack of professionalism is appalling.
