I used Decohous for my home when I was selling 9 months ago. We had trouble selling our unique home (zero offers) and I truly believe that having Decohous on board played a huge part in the sale of our home. (We had a bidding war after!) Danielle has an eye for detail and an incredible sense of style and design. She was able to adapt to my personal taste and also visualize my furniture and decor in a different light. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to work with Decohous and have already started a new project with Danielle for our new home

Entire process of nearly a full year went very well. Designer engaged with us at Builder design center to select Builder options, previewed Las Vegas Furniture Market and guided us to recommended furniture, rugs, lighting fixtures, decorator items and arranged for Trades to paint accent walls, install upgraded electrical and plumbing fixtures and hang artwork

I can describe our recent complete remodel as “astonishing and remarkable”! Susan’s ability to combine color with stone, wood, tile, and texture made our home in Vegas a showstopper. Susan worked within our ideas and budget, and shifted her design and materials as we went along to achieve what we wanted. Her construction craftsmen created such a noticeable quality outcome that we still are asked how it was created within our demanding ideas and constraints. Everyone who sees our kitchen stops in their tracks with amazement. Our entire house has been transformed from a beige bore into a stunning showplace. We recommend Susan wholeheartedly

Route Runners really got me out of a bind when my original service failed to meet my deadline of dropping off my paver bricks. I dont have a truck so I have to rely on friends, shipping or other delivery services. Not only did these guys deliver same day, but they kept me updated every step of the way AND at the same price as my original delivery. Service was very friendly and professional and followed my instructions carefully when they off loaded the bricks to where I wanted them. Just do yourself a favor and call these guys first

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Gary is so great to work with, not enough words. Always available, always on-time, always professional, there is nothing he can not handle! Plus you can see how his contacts & subs really love him, thus all companies recommended by Gary were amazing too. I even had to find a company for a deep clean of the house & of course he came through for that as well. NO IDEA what I would have done without Gary. Thank you so much Gary

My wife and I contacted Gary to come out to discuss color schemes as well as to discuss some ideas we had about remodelling the house. Since we already had a handyman recommended to us (Jeremy) and had a whole year in which to do the work, we decided to go with Jeremy to do the intial tearout even though Gary recommended his services as well as the services of his handyman "Scotty". While the tearout was going on we we consulted with Gary on Cabinets (Cory from Stellar Woodwerks was Fantastic) and Doors from HyBar Windows and Doors. (Replaced two 8x'8' windows with a 16' slider, replaced two windows with 6' French doors as well as did a header beam for the 16' door) In January 2013, I started making trips from Seattle to Las Vegas to check on the house to see how it was coming along as well to deliver new instructions and changes to Jeremy. During this time I also kept in touch with Gary. By April 2013 I was starting to have questions about Jeremy's capabilities as well as seeing things not getting done. There was a hole in the floor where plumbing still need to be relocated (Two months), a header beam not completed in the living room, a water line for the refrigerator not done as well as the gas line and electrical not relocated. Being that Jeremy was a very nice guy I was giving him the benefit of dought about things not getting done. During this time frame Gary was working with Cory for getting cabinet designs in place as well as working quotes for the doors. At times Gary would question me about Jeremy and continued to offer his and Scotty's services. In May 2013 after finding very little work done since my last trip down we confronted Jeremy that things were not gettng done and he needed to step up the pace and get back on track. Sensing that we were about to pull the rug out from under him, Jeremy convinced us he was very close and to give him 3-4 weeks more and he would be done. During the next few weeks and not getting any status or pictures from Jeremy as promissed (He indicated his carmera on his phone was broken) I contacted Gary and asked him to start doing site checks and send us some pictures. I also had scheduled some other contractors to go out to the house to bid on some work only to find Jeremy was not around. (Gary also experience this) Gary immediately contacted us and indicated that things were not being done the way he would do things and that we probably needed to take some action. Gary started sending us pictures of the site which showed a lack of progress as well as a house that was no where near move-in ready. I assured Gary that we would be down in August to check on the site and sincec we still had time. One of the big issues with me was the garbage that was starting to stack up. Although I had mentioned to Jeremy he needed to take care of the issue, nothing changed, Because I could not stand it any longer I contacted Gary who set up for a tub to be delivered and the garbage to be hauled away. During this same time frame I had friends of ours who stopped in to check on progress only to inform me that they were picking up trash in the yard that the contractor seemed to not care about. it was at this time that I started to get very concerned about the lack of progress, the lack of attention to our instructions, the impact being placed on the neighbors, as well as potentially delaying our scheduled move in. In August 2013 my wife and I flew down to Las Vegas hoping to look at an almost finished house only to walk into a mess and no where near being able to install cabinets or other finishing touches. We both agreed at that time it was time to let Jeremy go and to call in Gary. I called up Gary on a Thursday night to wave the white flag and asked what he could do for us to get us back on track to be able to move into the house in September. Gary indicated to us that he would put the ball in motion and the next morning had his handyman, electrician, fllor carpet andd tile installer, the granite counter top installer, the house painter (Cathy for Interior/Exterior), the exterior texturing guy, you name it they were there. During the next 3-4 weeks Gary got things back on track - Things such as the cabinets, cabinet lights, flooring, texturing, painting, plumbing, electrial both inside and out, etc. all started to get done. We purchased new lights for both interior/exterior locations as well as new Fans for the living and dining areas. Gary also talked us into installing crown and base molding in the kitchen, living, and dining room areas as well as a beautiful fireplace that hangs on the wall and is totally lit up by lights. Although I question the costs and value of the extras it was worth every penny we spent. During this time Scotty found shortcuts in electrical connections, compromised roof beams that were cut by Jeremy to make room for lights but not braced up, shoddy sheetrock and texturing, all which had to be fixed. Over the past year there have been days that we wished we had not purchased the house and made the changes we did without being onsite to manage them. As Gary always says, you get what you pay for. As my wife and I look back, we could not have lived in the house making the changes we did and appreciate that we had someone like Gary to come in and bail us out the way he did. Prior to our move in, Gary had the whole interior and all windows cleaned to make the house Move-In ready. I would not hesitate to hire Gary and Scotty again. My only wish would be that they were not as good as they are (Too many people want their service) so they could come back and finish up some pickup items we want done
