All Must Go Estate Sale Services

I spoke with Karen on May 21, but she was not able at the time to let me know if she could help me or not. She promised to call me back on May 22. I did not hear from her, and called again on May 23, but my call was not answered. I called again on May 29, and my call was not answered again. I left a message offering my phone number once more in case it was 'lost'. My call was not returned. I can understand that my location may be too distant for her to take on, or that there may be extenuating circumstances, or family emergencies, or she may be too busy, but how hard is it to take two minutes and call me somewhere in the space of 10 days and tell me that? It seems unprofessional and inconsiderate to me.

I made my decision to use the company based on dealing with Rhonda, but wasn?t told that she wasn?t the one that would actually be in charge of the sale. Not that Karen was hard to work with, it just wasn?t what I expected Had a teen ?watching? (while playing video games) the garage (where most of the valuable stuff was) during the sale on Friday. Told me that they would hold the sale on Sunday as well if there was stuff left. There was so much stuff left that it took the buy-out person more than 5 hours to pack it up and move it out, but they did not hold the sale on Sunday. People drove by while we were there on Sunday asking if the sale was still on, but we couldn?t sell stuff because the buy-out person was already there. I also asked to be able to go through whatever was left at the end of the sale, but didn?t get a chance because the buy-out person was already there. Didn?t communicate well about details. Be sure that what you are told is what is written in the contract. Ask lots of questions, especially about which days the sale will be conducted and what will happen at the end of the sale..

We needed an estate sale to clear out all the items in my parents home after they moved to an independent living residence. Rhonda came by and did a survey of the items in the house to be sold and gave us a price. Like other providers of these services, they charge a percentage of the gross sales (25-40%). In our case it was 40% as there were not a lot of high value items in the sale. It was what I had expected after reviewing other similar services. Rhonda and Karen organized and priced everything in the house, advertised and conducted the sale, and handled the donation of all the items that remained. The house was left clean and neat. They handled everything. The process was very easy for our family. It was surprising how much sold. I have to attribute most of the success of the sale to Rhonda and Karen's expertise at presenting and pricing all the items, and the way they ran the sale. It saved us a ton of work and my parents netted over twice what we had expected. We were very pleased with the overall experience.
