"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

"Horrific, the concrete dust and dirt from carpet removal went through the entire house. We had to deep clean the entire house including beams of cathedral ceilings and got sick from the dust. When they laid the tiles (wood plank type) they did not mix the repeating designs as they were supposed to. Result, a horrible looking floor with lots of repeats next to each other. Company inspected it and agreed that it is defective, but they refused to fix it and instead demanded full pay. With attorney and law suit we got our money back and had another company replace all the floors."

"The process is set up to totally benefit Anthony & Sylvan. They had 100% of my money 5 months before completion. My pool designer was excellent although many of the items we discussed and included were not completed until I constantly contacted Project Manager. One specific item never was done at all. The project scheduler did her job very efficiently - but again A&S procedures are not designed to benefit us. The project manager DID NOT LISTEN. He had little knowledge of construction (I had to point out broken electrical conduit so it wasn’t buried in broken state). They have different people handling each aspect of construction and often it felt as if there wasn’t any communication between them. When they got here they would ask me what the other person did or said!! The pool is great and A&S has been around for a long time which is why I went with them. I’m glad the process is over but feel as if I should have been on the payroll with all I needed to do."

They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

You’ll also need a notched trowel to create grooves within the adhesive so it flattens completely when pressed in and securely holds the wall tiles. Finally, you’ll need grout to smooth the gaps between the tiles and, ideally, a grout sealer to prevent mold. Add a T-shaped spacer to each corner of a tile when placing it. You’ll want to nudge the tiles closer together so the spacers are touching each corner. When you’re done installing your tile, you can remove each spacer, wash them, and use them for your next project.

Fiber cement backboards are the most common choice, but using plywood is also possible.
