"Best Carpet was courteous and professional. They also were willing to tackle a very difficult wing back chair with major water damage. Although they weren't able to completely clean it,they did get it much cleaner than it had been previously. In fact, the representative said he would charge me only half of what he originally quoted for that particular chair seeing that he was unable to clean it properly as he'd hoped. My only complaint is, I don't feel they extracted enough water from three of five pieces of furniture they were hired to clean during our appointment. I was told we should be able to set on furniture in about two to three hours and instead it was over 24 hours before two of the chairs were able to be sat in, with one still damp. The traditional wing back took three days to completely dry after I put under a ceiling fan running on high after the first day. Overall, they did a good job and I'd consider using them to clean our carpets or floors in the future."

"Had Lillie, Hugo, and their team make me a custom entertainment center for my living room. When it arrived it was the wrong size. Reading this review you must be wondering why I would leave them a five star if they got my order wrong? It’s because of the way they responded to the situation. Customer service is becoming more and more rare but not in their organization. They demonstrated it from the top down and had my issue resolved faster than I thought possible. I refer this company to anyone looking for custom furniture, cabinetry, or any remodel! They know how to take care of their customers!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
