Central A/C - Install
Initially I thought HVAC Experts were the best & I left positive reviews on as many sites as I could. HOWEVER, after they got paid, not only for a brand new unit THAT IS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY, but also for insulation they said was the reason the new unit was not working properly they have been THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH.
THEY NO LONGER ANSWER OR RETURN MY PHONE CALLS, THEY HAVE ADMITTED THAT THE UNIT IS MALFUNCTIONING & NEEDS REPAIRS THAT WILL BE UNDER WARRANTEE BUT WILL NOT SHOW UP AS PROMISED EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT CALLING THEM WHEN THE UNIT IS MALFUNCTIONING. THEY ARE NOW BEING REPORTED TO THE BBB & I AM OUT $20,000!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY & DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY WILL DO WHAT THEY SAY!!!

If I were to write every positive thing I have experienced with HVAC-Experts it would be too long & no one would take the time to read it all so I will put it simply …. Knowledgeable experts that go above & beyond & who will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is completely satisfied & has the best of the best. ABOVE & BEYOND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’ve hired HVAC experts before, and they have never disappoint. I called at 1:00 in the morning, they answered swiftly and by first thing I’m the morning they had Sal out here. He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable and explain to me an issue that for a year I’ve been trying to figure out. I explain to them that my newborn child just got home and with the same sense of urgency I called; they responded! Don’t waste your time and hire them! Thank you once again HVAC experts!

Excellent experience!! My parents' heater was not working. Corey came out the same day, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it promptly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reputable HVAC company.

He was good and professional. It did take awhile, thought we weren't in a hurry, to get to phase to and a few phone calls. It is only a 2 man show, so you know your going to have to wait. I trusted him in my house.

Our A/C system had been installed before we moved into the house. Everything was installed correctly except for a proper filtration system for the unit. We had a productive, onsite discussion with Jim and we agreed on the most effective solution. He followed up when he said he would, and preferred to come out the next morning so as to not rush the job (his words). The inline holder was fabricated at his shop, and fit exactly as expected. He made sure we knew how to service the unit, and confirmed the unit was appropriate for this application. He was prompt, courteous, and proficient.

This company has gone above and beyond the call of duty in keeping my 20-yr old air-conditioning/heating unit going. Finally this winter they were unable to repair it further. The estimate they gave me for a new unit seemed quite reasonable but to be thorough, I went ahead and got a couple more estimates. HVAC Experts quote was more than $2000 less than any others which is really unexpected given that they are a small company. The owner ended up installing a higher priced (more efficient) unit than he originally included in the estimate but still only charged me the original quoted price. I recommend this company to everyone I know and hopefully with this review, to others who may not have heard of them!
