"Highly recommend! Our pool is absolutely beautiful. From the very beginning, our contractor was incredibly knowledgeable and came up with a fantastic design that fit our vision and space perfectly. "Paul was the greatest!! He corrected default work from the previous two contractors that never got the work done correctly, Does outstanding work on our monthly pool services. He is very dependent and reliable. When he says he’s going to be here he’s here and when he says he’s going to get some thing done he gets it done and more importantly he gets it done correctly."

"The team at Pool Queen weâ re extremely professional and showed tremendous enthusiasm and expertise in their work."

"I just hired this company to begin weekly service April 2019 to maintain my pool. Joe seems very professional & knowledgeable in the pool business. The rate he charged me was very reasonable. If there are any problems I will follow up. For now, I would recommend this company."

"SW pool & Spa, Shirl Rollins came out checked the equip. picked up the part and replaced it. She did a great job, would refer her to anyone that owns a pool."

"Install was fast and seemed very good. After the pool was filled a large wrinkle appeared on the bottom about 1 ft from wall all the way around. Called Mike and he said he could fix it and to call back on Sunday after church. Been three days and he does not answer my numerous calls and voice mails."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I had a great experience with Abraham handling some home improvements I needed done at my house. His work was professional, and everything was completed on time. I highly recommend him."
