Received a VERY reasonable quote for a brand new floating stairs staircase. It was measured and hand constructed with tubular steel and cement steps. He is very up to date on building codes so I knew this was the man to hire. He knocked off a several hundred dollars for my help as I love painting, and since I am retired, I do not mind helping out where I can. His measurements for the stairs were perfect, everything fits perfectly. Our staircase is extremely high for a second story run and his normal lift was a few inches short to handle the runner, so believe it or not he made another lift with no additional cost to me. This man could have been in the Navy Seabees or some type of outfit like that, what he can build with his own two hands is absolutely amazing. I learned a lot from him. The wife and I are very happy with the finished product. Did I mention it is a floating staircase! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!"

"They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part.  We have always been happy with their work.
