The only thing that was not to my satisfaction was that the person I spoke to originally about my needs included a smoke detector and alarms yet I should have gotten door and window. I spent more than I had planned even though I returned the smoke detector. I think the alarms are very good and easy to handle. I'm happy with them."

Full day of projects.. Showed up as scheduled at 8 am
Seth was professional , experienced and diligent.. Moved right through the list .

I had bought a few of the components at the local HD and when I didn't have everything and went back we texted pix back and forth to get the right hardware while he kept working thru the list

The first Honeywell programmable thermostat was broken and Seth worked thru the on line help and his resources at MM to test.. And then he went back to HD to get a replacement , installed it and tested it... I told him to bail on it but he clearly took honeywell's quality issue as a personal affront.. We were back in business ready for heat or AC in time for dinner.

seth was particularly neat when cutting the drywall to install the junction boxes and when pulling the cable thru the wall cuts. He offered to do the floor sweeping and clean up too.
