I am a full service lawn business. My main focus is fertilizing and chemical treatment. I am a licensed applicator with 16 years of experience. I can apply fertilizer, fungicide, grub control, weed control, and spray and fertilizer trees. The second part to my business is lawn mowing. I can dethatch, aerate, weekly mowings, and some flower bed clean ups. I am licensed and insured.

"Rude, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. do-not-hire. Jeremy said I was a pain in the *** because I wanted to be here to get some final things fixed including two different touch up paint colors on the fence that does not match. There is some problems on my fence out front. One post is too high and needs to cut down more. Post out front are not galvanized. pre drilled holes and wrong places with screws going into nothing to hold parts of the fence so some panels are somewhat loose. He refuses to even give me touch up paint now for me to do myself. That's just the front yard problems. Of course I paid them everything already. See the fence yourself 3401 Moss Lane. I'm going to try to get touch up paint for areas they messed up to do myself."

Servicing the Amarillo area, based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. You will receive a personal service and not alternating crews of strangers on your property. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. I keep my client base at a smaller level in order to provide a more personal service and have time to do the “extras” you may need. I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the lawn care industry. Very reasonable rates, quality and dependable service.

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment questions, answered by experts

There are several best practices you can do to keep your lawn looking healthy. Knowing when to water grass is among the most important. Having your sprinkler timer set to early morning is best because it gives your grass and plants enough time to absorb water before the sun and wind can evaporate it. To maximize a sprinkler’s impact, aerate your lawn once or twice per year. Doing this achieves better absorption and stronger root systems for your grass.

The decision of whether or not to let moss grow in your yard depends on your preference. Moss is a lower-maintenance alternative to grass that looks green and lush but doesn’t require irrigation, fertilization, or mowing. Unlike grass, moss doesn’t attract pests, so it can keep your yard free from bugs as well. However, moss won’t stand up to heavy foot traffic as well as turfgrass.

Many gardeners charge an hourly rate for their services, and your total cost will depend on the amount of services and the experience of the gardener. Gardeners with basic experience charge between $20 and $30 per hour, while a more experienced gardener can charge as much as $60 to $88 per hour.

The cost of lawn mowing is about $125, which you might need on a weekly or biweekly basis. However, the cost of soil testing averages about $1,450, which should only be done every three to five years.

You should put pre-emergent herbicide and fertilizer on your lawn in the spring. Pre-emergent herbicide keeps weeds from taking root. Fertilizer helps your grass to grow lush and dense and blocks future weeds from growing. You can also add amendments, such as sulfur and lime, to enhance your soil quality.

Some things you can do to prepare for yard work services are aerate the soil, fertilize your grass, keep weeds under control, regularly mow your lawn, and water your grass.
