"Rude, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. do-not-hire. Jeremy said I was a pain in the *** because I wanted to be here to get some final things fixed including two different touch up paint colors on the fence that does not match. There is some problems on my fence out front. One post is too high and needs to cut down more. Post out front are not galvanized. pre drilled holes and wrong places with screws going into nothing to hold parts of the fence so some panels are somewhat loose. He refuses to even give me touch up paint now for me to do myself. That's just the front yard problems. Of course I paid them everything already. See the fence yourself 3401 Moss Lane. I'm going to try to get touch up paint for areas they messed up to do myself."

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment questions, answered by experts

Fertilizing is optional after dethatching. However, the period immediately after dethatching is generally considered the best time to fertilize your lawn because the thick debris is now gone. As a result, applying water and fertilizer as the final steps of dethatching can help to spur incredible growth.

Depending on the species, most fescue grasses thrive in USDA hardiness zones 3 through 8, though some varieties can thrive as far as zone 10. While it’s a cool-season grass, it has the unique ability to adapt and thrive in many different types of climates. For this reason, you'll mostly find fescue grasses throughout the transitional temperature zones of the country.

Bermuda grass may be drought-resistant, but it still needs to be watered once or twice a week. The suggested amount of water Bermuda grass needs varies from season to season. Bermuda grass needs about 1 inch of water a week in summer, fall, and winter; it needs up to ¾ inch in spring.

If your lawn has a higher pH than recommended for your type of grass or it looks yellow, sulfur can help. If your lawn is slow to grow and not very lush, it could also benefit from a  higher sulfur content. Sandy soil is especially vulnerable to sulfur deficiencies.
