Customers say: True professional

"The crew was outstanding. Would definitely use them again and plan to. Work was done on time, and as estimated. The workers were neat and treated my property as any owner would have liked. The concrete work was done professionally and the rebar was lifted properly with chairs. I unconditionally recommend Carlos and his crew for concrete work."

"Willie and his team did fantastic work. After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great. Best of all is that we have confidence the work performed will last."

"GREAT! Aside from the obvious high recommendation for quality jobs on the new metal roofing on my personal residence, the shingle roof replacement on my rental, & the new covered deck, they did it all at competitive prices. Additionally, the owners & personnel displayed a level of professional courtesy, respect and integrity that is difficult to find in this day in age. All of the projects were quality & completed with speed, efficiency, and accuracy even when I deviated from the original plan (on the deck). I was so fortunate to have found them. I have carport, window & siding projects coming up & am calling Allpride Construction."

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

The polyurethane used for polyjacking will expand and cure in 15 to 30 minutes. After that point, your slab will be safe to walk on and even drive on in the case of a sidewalk or concrete driveway. Double-check with your concrete lifting specialist to confirm a curing timeline, as products can differ.

Polyjacking and mudjacking can both be effective solutions for sinking concrete, but they have key differences. Polyjacking, which uses expanding polyurethane foam, is often considered a better option because the foam is significantly lighter than the cementitious material used for mudjacking. This reduced weight puts less pressure on the underlying soil and lowers the risk of future sinking. Polyjacking is suitable for any sinking concrete slab, while mudjacking is typically only recommended for non-structural concrete, such as sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and driveways. The primary drawback of polyjacking is its cost, which can be up to four times higher than mudjacking—as much as $25 per square foot compared to a maximum of about $6 per square foot for mudjacking.

Most projects take 1-3 hours, with immediate usability after completion.

Mudjacking is suitable for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and nearly all exterior flat structures. However, it may not suit severely damaged or heavily cracked areas.

The timeframe is generally a few hours, allowing for immediate use post-hydration, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities.
