"Work was done on the roof on the addition to my mother's home to change the decking on a part of the roof that had rotted, change the shingles, and apply a stronger sealant between the main part of the house and the addition. Work was also needed to nail back in some of the fascia on the main part of the house. Original work was done by members of his crew. However, Ralph came by himself on two separate occasions to ensure quality of the work. He hammered back in the fascia, reapplied the sealant and nailed down shingles where necessary. He was responsive to both me and my sister in ensuring work was done to our satisfaction."
