Our porch enclosures & sunrooms are designed to extend your enjoyment of the outdoors without the usual annoyances of wind, rain, insects and harmful UV rays. A "Texas Room" will add beauty and comfort to your home and it will also increase it's value.

"We made a $5K deposit and then asked to company to refund our money as we will be moving out of state to care for elderly parents. This refund request was made in December. We were told that we needed to pay an additional $5K to get out of the purchase. We were told that the materials were "custom made" even though the materials have not been manufactured or delivered. I filed a BBB complaint which did nothing. Sunspace claims we signed a contract which we did not. We will now need to seek a legal remedy in court. They have not provided a copy of their refund policy or can they show a copy of the "contract" they falsely claim we signed."
