I did not hear anything from them until 11:30 am when they called to say they were running late and if i found someone else to do the work that was fine. They had quoted me $65 1st hr and $40 per hr after that. I was told a max of 1 hr for the pet door and 5 minutes for the thermostat. They tried to charge me $165 + tax AND WANTED A TIP!! and was here 2.5 hrs. I refused to pay that and she settled for $126.50 which was still to much considering they were late and did crappy work!"
