He was knowledgeable, listened to our ideas, provided product information, including quality information. He was honest and upfront with us. We were concerned about having a quality product and also the price for our rather large project. For us, the price for quality was presently beyond our budget and had to decline the offer for now. We will have to save a little more and take another look at a later day. After seeing the best product we will not be settling for anything less. Our project is on hold for now.
