"They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part.  We have always been happy with their work. If you want your property cleaned by professionals use "BDI CLEANING SERVICE!!!!"  The Owner followed up the next day to confirm I was happy...I had promised to provide a review but totally forgot.   The account manager, called me today to see if I needed any more cleaning done and reminded to complete survey.  I was not going to end my day without letting folks in Corpus know about this awesome company. 
Last comment: They were not the cheapest (Been there, done that, Got burned, Never Again) but the money was absolutely worth it...I have already schedule them for my holiday cleaning.
