When I first called this company my call was promptly answered and appointment was scheduled immediately. However, after appointment I tried to do a follow up because our insurance was needing a report on findings and I was trying to get additional information on repairs. He had mentioned he could recommend and possibly help with repairs. Its been over two weeks and I have text, called, left voicemail, and emailed. No response at all. I did take into consideration the Thanksgiving holiday. Still no word. He was professional when setting up appointment and the during the actual appointment (that is why I gave a D instead of F). However, not returning calls/messages is unprofessional.

"Sorry you feel like we let you down. We were called out for a roof leak and we could not find any signs of a roof leak. We discussed the possibility that the siding may be leaking. We sent your adjuster an email with our findings as you requested the day your adjuster called me. We are sorry it didn’t happen in the time you had wished but the first step was for your adjuster to call us and that didn’t happen until 11/29/18 and we sent our finding to her that afternoon."
