"I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!"

"We had an excellent experience having two new showers installed in our home. Our local BathPlanet team was wonderful, from the sales person to the office manager to the installers (we had different installers for each project, too, and both were great).
