GLOBAL ENERGY DESIGNS

This review is actually for work performed by Janet Solar. However, I got an email that Janet Hughes has combined her company with another, and they are now called Global Energy Designs. The website lists Janet as president, so I am confident that the new company will do work just as well as the old. I hired Janet Solar after getting bids from three different solar panel installers who were approved by the City of Austin to do installations as part of the city's rebate program. I chose Janet Solar because Janet was the most responsive (getting back to me with spec sheets, etc.) and knowledgeable - Janet is a master electrician so she could do the tie-in to the grid herself did not need to be subcontracted out. Janet and her team did a great job - once the panels arrived, work progressed quickly. Her team was very competent and professional. When the City came back to inspect the job, they didn't find any problems or concerns. I'm very happy with the job Janet Solar did.
