Smaller jobs will require a small deposit with payment in full due when job is done. Larger jobs will require a down payment with periodic draws with payment due at end of job. Once agreed upon 50% will be required upon delivery of material unless a working relationship has been established. Payed on performanc for big jobs. Final billing will be done when job is complete.
