They falsely advertise on their site that they are BBB accredited, which their are actually not as of 01/28/25. 2. I have submitted a Formal Demand for Refund of Pre-Payment for Inaccurate Architectural Designs provided by Victor’s Remodeling and Construction and have now submitted this for Houston BBB to address since Victor himself does not have the intention to refund the pre-payment for unusable designs. This has been going on since August 2024. Victor's Remodeling and Construction has been a horrible experience here in Houston, TX. I would not trust them to deliver whatsoever. They are quick to collect moneys and delay, deny and deflect when issues arise. Do not pre-pay any construction company and certainly stay far away from this one."

But anything with a diameter larger than 3/8 inch is best done with a hammer drill, since it is stronger, faster, and also makes your drill bits last longer. Mortar, or masonry mortar, is mainly used in joints and as parging for stone, brick, or cement construction. Stucco is primarily a surface material used as wall coverings. For maintenance, masonry will need repointing or replacing as damage or land shifting occurs, whereas stucco will need patching or refinishing as it tends to crack over time along with other types of wear-and-tear.

Stucco applied over brick can last 30 to 50 years or more when correctly applied and properly maintained. Stucco’s lifespan can be shortened by improper application, incorrectly mixed material, lack of preparation before application, and lack of maintenance. To get the most life out of your stucco siding, keep up with maintenance and repair any damage as soon as you discover it.
