He played it straight with us, letting us know what it would take to save our property. It was not cheap, but his solution was commercial quality grade and what was needed. "Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. "We had G.L. Hunt come out to assess our pier and beam foundation after noticing a crack in the garage. They were the second company to come out and the second company to say that the foundation had not failed. There was however a lack of drainage around the foundation. It is an older home (1950's) and did not have any drainage around the foundation and no gutters. The house sits on a street that slopes. We scheduled G.L. Hunt to install drainage to help move water away from the foundation and have gutters installed. The work crew arrived at the scheduled date and time and worked diligently over 2 days to install a french drainage system. Gutters were installed the following week and connected to the system. The workers were neat and used the soil displaced by the drains to level an area in the backyard."

"Overall, very well. Our point of contact was very responsive and professional. The crews were smart, approachable, hard working and kept a clean work environment. My only criticism is that Brown sub'd out the plumbing test to Olshan, which got in over its head on a clean out installation of a 3-inch cast iron pipe in the plumbing system of my 1962 house. Ultimately, I went with another plumber to do the repair, but Brown was understanding and apologetic about the deal. Browjn paid for the clean-out installation, and did everything they could do get Oslshan to repair the pipe, but I came out a little bit to get a better plumber out there to do the pipe repair. Overall, I'd recommend Brown in a heartbeat. Lifetime, transferable warranty; reasonable price; and a great job! Only caution would be to have a good, trusted plumber in your back pocket in case Brown's plumbing sub gets sketch on you."
