He said he would come back and replace it. The second job was to fix the corner of my house that was hit by a car. His work was very sloppy and not complete. He did not come back as promised. I had to hire another contractor to tear everything down and rebuild the wall. I paid J Smith 2x the amount that it cost for the second contractor to complete work. He is a nice person; however; I would not recommend"
