Description of Work: We checked with them to see if they had some of the flooring they had installed in our house previously. They did not, but were very courteous and friendly.

Description of Work: I have only used this company to purchase electric oven and range parts. We have a Hotpoint drop-in range and in-wall oven that were probably installed in our home when it was built back in the late 60's. We had heating elements go out in both appliances and I was concerned about getting replacement parts. However, I took the old parts in and their sales guy knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was impressed since I had called around to a number of stores who didn't have the parts.

Description of Work: New Range bought and installed....We have used this compaqny for years they always go above and beyone....!!!!!!

Description of Work: The gentleman was very professional and gave me the price of the repair item needed. Then he asked if I wanted preventative maitenance which I did. He gave me the price of that part and another part, a cheaper part, that was not needed. He mentioned the sound of the water rushing out sounded like there was a plugged up drain. We looked behind and sure enough, there was water coming out of the hose...indicating what he had noticed. Which meant a plumber had to come out to fix that problem. While everything was extremely professional, we had set a price limit of repair work. With the service call, labor, and parts were all added up, it was over our set budget but too late to do anything about. Plus the additional expense of the plumber made it way over what we wanted to spend and we would have bought a new washing machine had we known the total cost. The biggest thing was the additional notice of what would have been a serious problem, had he not been so observant. We will have them out again for any other repairs. But...will get an estimate for the TOTAL b/4 going ahead with the project.
