They have various models and I wanted a basic washer & dryer. I got an excellent system and I love it. I had a repair person come initially and advised be a basic model, in place of those modern washers & dryers. They were punctual and reasonably priced. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They sell appliances and they do flooring as well. They have got an appliance outlet store; so they carry last year’s models and stuff here in their outlets. They have an outlet in Plano as well as in Allen, but they started off in Allen. They are like a small local business and they are really good. They have got great customer service and they give you a lot of options because they carry last year’s models. However, you can get just about anything from them. They refuse to sell anything they can’t repair. I went in there once because one of my friends was getting ready to move and she was trying to redo her kitchen a little bit. They will tell you what color of appliances people prefer versus what the best thing is for you. They are really helpful and they really do know their appliances and even in the outlet center. Their flooring people and their tile people are all pretty good. My overall experience has always been excellent with them. When it comes to the price, their appliances are awesome. Sometimes I think you are paying for the quality of their installation. So, you get what you pay for with them. I have always been satisfied with what I have got from them. I have never had problems with anything. Everybody around here recommends them. They are very well liked in this neighborhood. The quality of their work, responsiveness and punctuality are all very good. Their professionalism is extremely high as well. We would use them in the future too.

They are very, very conscientious. This is a family business, and customer satisfaction seems to be highly important to them. They are extremely knowledgeable, and if they aren’t able to fix something for any reason, they’ll replace it. I think they are a great company, and I certainly give them my recommendation.

It’s been an excellent experience working with this company. Their installation service is excellent. Everything is always explained and they are on time. Their pricing is also very good. Their delivery is on time. They don’t carry all brands, but they do have a good selection of major appliance brands. They also carry offer a lot of repair parts as well.

They are good. They are not cheap but they are reliable, dependable and professional. They are punctual and they stand on their reputation. We know the people and they are decent people.

Rodenbaugh's made a difficult situation (no refrigerator in August) much easier to deal with. I will definitely be a repeat customer as the need for other appliances arises.

You could do better than the company, they were not terrible but they scrapped our appliance and it took them a while to take care of the problem.

I went into the store and told them what I needed. They assisted with all the questions I had and showed me around but then let me decide on my own. The stove was delivered and installed the next day by 2 very nice young gentlemen. The installation took under 30 minutes. We had a wonderful experience with them and will use them in the future.

Tech arrived on time and was friendly. I would like for him to have asked if we wanted patch applied or new part ordered before he applied the patch, but I'm sure I would have opted for the patch.

The problem with the dryer had been troubleshooted to 3 possible parts. Went to their location to talk through the situation and ask for a recommendation. They stated they could not help and would not be willing to take a return on any part once it left the store. The impression was they wanted to perform the work and the service call, not just provide a part.

The environment makes you feel comfortable. They don't pressure you into sales and they are very helpful. They are in it for you, not for themselves. They took out the old washer and dryer. Their prices are a little lower than other places. They also have scratch and dent products that you can buy.

He was real honest. He explained everything, they are local. The money was a big charge. They have a flat rate thats not good, its just for them coming and I thought that was a lot. He was very polite. He was very professional.

Expecting the worst and knowing I would be out of luck on the whole warranty deal, I called Rodenbaugh's (even though they do not do warranty work) luckily they were able to have someone come out in just a few hours of my calling. God bless them! David, the tech, was so courteous and professional. He even took the time to not only explain what he was doing, he also showed me. He left the old parts for my husband to see. He had it up and running in just under an hour! It was a relay and fan motor. He could have just as easily told me it was the compressor and I would not have known the difference. How nice to know there is a company that is honest, prompt and inexpensive.

Based on the Angie's List rating we contacted this company to come look at our clothes washer. It wasn't draining water completely at the end of the cycle. I was away on a business trip and since my wife was expecting I didn't want her to go through any hassle at home. The technician came over and didn't even pull the washer forward to inspect what was wrong; he simply wrote up an estimate for $500 to overhaul the drive and told her it was a complete loss. When I got home, I jiggled the washer around and found that the hose was kinked. Now it works fine (it was only 4 years old). When I called to demand my money back the supervisor was very apologetic and agreed completely, but still I would have rather had the tech solve the problem.

When our microwave went out, Rodenbaugh's had the model and trim kit for the microwave we wanted available in stock as an open box item. None of the big box stores carried this particular model. They also gave us some good installation tips to do it ourselves.

Very pleased. The installer put in metal mesh waterline to re-connect the fridge because the last homeowner botched the entire installation and had made a mess of the water line.

Service person was on time, very nice, and honest. It seems that I should have figured out the trick to remove the inside overflow cover in my sink because that's were the clog was. I had tried but couldn't get it off only the outer cover. That's one of the first things they check for. That's where it was. A simple problem to solve but the tech. told me that he had to charge me the standard service fee for the call. He did spend some time with me going over the proper way to use my dishwasher, such as what kind of detergent to use and to make sure the hot water is flowing before starting the machine. He was very helpful and nice. I would use the company again for sure.
