We decided to go with the Tilcor stone coated steel product with ice & water shield underlayment. They did an awesome job with the install. Ashley and Samantha at the office were also wonderful with answering our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. This was a big project so naturally we were anxious and John and Scott were very helpful if we had any worries or questions which made us feel better with their knowledge and fast response. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
