"Paul and Brandon (father and son) from Dynamic Stucco worked on my ceiling which had humidity damage from the just installed jacuzzi. The tape in the ceiling, including nails that had been used were coming apart and the ceiling was threatening to fall down. Paul, assessed the situation and said he could do the job and I wouldn’t be able to tell where the work had been done. He also used screws to ensure the drywall was securely fastened so further damage would not be possible. Also, he mentioned my the area would be cleaned to spotless condition. He was right on all accounts. I highly recommend Paul and his son to fix anything “drywall”"

"Danny did an excellent job. He is very neat. He cut a grey wall in by hand against a red wall without it bleeding over. Danny can be trusted in your home without anyone being home. I will definitely hire him again when needed. I gave his name & number to my friends that need work completed in their homes."

"I called Tracy for some touch ups around the house and she came out quickly. She was efficient, neat and completed everything I needed done around the house. She had a smiling and bubbly personality and you could really tell she loves what she does. My house looks amazing after she finished her amazing touches! I’ll most definitely be giving Tracy a call again for any of my touch up or handy man work."

"Referral from a friend that did not disappoint. I had an unfortunate leak behind my shower that caused a lot of damage. They removed my shower, fixed the leak and did a new shower installation. The new tile looks AMAZING!!! I'm using them again for my upcoming kitchen remodel. They are very friendly, pay attention to small details and get the job done quickly. I would 100/10 recommend them to help with anything around the house that needs fixed or if you're looking into a new Pinterest project."

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

Building a barndominium means converting a barn into a house. Barndominiums are becoming popular as spacious and stylish alternatives to typical housing structures. Old barns that become houses traditionally consist of wooden construction. However, newer structures, such as pole barns, often contain metal exteriors and roofs. Converting a metal outbuilding into a house presents an excellent opportunity to create a barndominium from metal.

Adding an extension or addition to your home costs more than a loft conversion in all but the rarest cases where the home's structural integrity is lacking. Because a home addition requires a new foundation section or significant structural upgrades to handle a cantilevered portion, the cost compared to almost any loft conversion is significantly greater for the same square footage.

While a romantic getaway in a vacation treehouse may sound appealing, building one to live in year-round comes with more challenges. However, a growing number of people are adopting this small-scale living approach to appreciate an off-the-grid, private lifestyle. It allows you to feel closer to nature in a sustainable, customizable, minimalist, and eco-friendly way.

It’s much less expensive to build a house with wood. This is because wood is relatively inexpensive, strong enough to endure decades or even centuries of weathering and pressure, and is easier to replace if there are issues. The cost of stone houses are incredibly expensive, heavy, time-consuming to build, and difficult to repair.

The difference between a pole barn and a stick-built barn is in the construction. Large poles in the ground provide support for pole barns. For stick-built barns, 2-by-4 or 2-by-6 lumber (known as sticks) create a frame around load-bearing beams. Stick-built construction is far more popular for residential homes. Pole barns are more cost-effective because they require fewer materials and less labor.
