Here’s how to unclog your drain with baking soda and vinegar: Pour in a half cup of baking soda, then 1 cup of white vinegar, and let the two bubble for 15 minutes. Then rinse out with boiling water. This method is much safer than using a chemical drain cleaner gel.

How long it takes to install a kitchen faucet depends on the complexity of the installation. For example, replacing a faulty faucet with a working version of the same type may only take an hour or two for an experienced DIYer to complete.
