We are Licensed and Insured and offer free Estimates. This is a sole proprietor based business with subcontracted labor. We charge by the hour at a current rate of $40 per hour. Customer is invoiced weekly for services rendered and is responsible for the purchase of materials needed to complete the job. If materials are purchased on behalf of the customer, reimbursement will be invoiced in addition to the per hour rate on a weekly basis. We have over 30 years experience, EXCELLENT references upon request and personally guarantee our work.
