It went well enough. Russell was on time and got to work straight away after we discussed that the stains in the sofas might not all come out; I have pets and I knew from the outset that some stains might be resistant. He vacuumed the sofas prior to cleaning, which I had confirmed would occur...
For the most part the cleaning was great, except in laundry room. It's were thrown away without authorization and items were lost or misplaced and not replaced.

I found under the vanity cabinet in my bathroom there were tissues under the cabinet, smears on my glass shower door. The dining table was left with smears from the cleaning product used and no waste baskets were emptied upstairs. They acted as if they did not want to be here and just did what they had to. They refused the initial walk through and look concerned there was more to do than the main floor. I could have done better without them- they were not into to cleaning, and it was apparent."
