Paul performed very good work with great customer service. Paul is my first choice for septic or plumbing needs.

Everything went great.  The job was performed well and I got direction on what the next step would be if I had any problems.

It has been a great experience with him.  I like his punctuality and the job he performed.

Excellent!  I called Mr. Williams at 9:30 p.m. and left a voicemail.  He returned my call at 7:30 a.m. the next morning and his son was on-site by 9:00 a.m.  The job was finished before 11:00 a.m.
The first service I called (also on Angie's List) quoted me a price of $1500.00 -$2500.00.  He said pumping the septic tank would not fix my problem, that I would need extensive work.  I was suspicious so I check with Brother Dave and learned that Paul Williams A-1 Septic Service should be considered.  I am so glad that I did.
Mr. Williams' son arrived promptly, went right to work, found the septic tank in a jiffy, and dug up the lids by hand.  He pumped both chambers and cleaned the filter in no time.  His charge:  $225.00.

The work was excellent. He 's an older man and he has been doing this for many, many many years and his son is taking over the company. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was quick to respond. He got the job done for the price he quoted. He even offered to come back and remove a stump of a live tree because the tree is wrapping its roots around the septic system and that is causing the problem. That was over and above. We haven't had him do it yet but he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use him again.
