Spriggs commercial cleaning was very professional and did great work! I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again! I had a tenant leave my rental property in terrible condition. There was pet feces and urine throughout the home from several different types of animals, trash and disgusting furniture and more. Lanier visited the home promptly and gave me a competive quote (althought he wasn't the cheapest). He started work immediately. He removed everything out of the home that wasn't salvageable (including appliances). It took several days but they showed up early, was thorough, and went above and beyond. He got the home back in rentable, turn-key condition with very little rehab work to be done afterwards. He probably saved me $10K. I didn't have to lift a finger! The quoting and booking process was seamless and their communication was clear. I'll definitely be hiring Spriggs Commercial Cleaning again and I highly recommend them.
