I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

After 6 the project looked worse than before we had him fix it. We had to hire an attorney so then he claimed to go out of business and refused to respond to any communications. Be caustious in working with this company."
