"I really don’t leave much in line of reviews but felt this warranted one. We contacted Tim of 3 Nails Grace and he came out promptly and took necessary time to listen to needs and wants. He gave good advice along with suggestions for us to think about. He then worked out a cost estimate and received it quickly. We had a budget we needed or wanted to stay in as put out a lot of money prior. We accepted the quote and the crew showed up about a week ahead of schedule which was fantastic. Once they began their no. It went quickly and the crew did a wonderful job. They came out a couple times as needed to recheck where some bugs were coming in without any issues and recheck a couple things. We ca. it say enough about Tim and his crew just a great bunch of men doing a great job and staying in budget. We will use them again and Highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
