"I considered both fiberglass and gunnite pools.  I could not get the pool size I wanted with an automatic cover in the fiberglass so decided to go with gunnite.  After interviewing 3 companies, I went with Castlerock based on both price and the company representative, Bill Belser.  Bill was helpful, not only during the installation process but also afterwards.  This was my first pool experience and Bill was very responsive to my questions and most often, came out to walk me through various processes in pool maintenance.   I am enjoying the pool immensely and have had no problems with it. "Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
