Been in business since 2000. We offer weekly residential service as well as dumpsters. Dumpsters are great for new construction, remodeling, and cleanup at your home or office.

"Edit: Because of my review, I received a phone call from K&K. I was told they have “picture evidence” our road was closed this past Monday, in which I explained the whole road wasn’t closed just one lane. I went in & out 4 times. She quickly said, “Our trucks were too big.” I then explained tree trucks that are bigger than their garbage truck made it through Monday. She also explained they have “picture evidence” our can wasn’t out the prior Monday. I did not explain it was because we were out of town. UNBELIEVABLE! She then asked if I wanted to set our last pick up so they could come get our can. Again UNBELIEVABLE! I told her I would let her know. Have been a customer for many years. Lately service has been terrible! I understand staffing issues and equipment issues, but customers have paid for a service. I am never notified of possible missed pick up. I have to call them. Usually I am told to put any extra garbage out the following Monday & they will pick it up. Well…garbage cans are running over & animals get into the “extra” bags strewing it all over. Never have I been reimbursed for multiple missed pick ups. Will be searching for new, better & reliable service."

Garbage Collection questions, answered by experts

The two main negatives of garbage disposals are they are a safety hazard in homes with children, and they frequently encounter blockage issues. While they might be annoying to fix and monitor, garbage disposals can significantly lower your trash use and are a great way to dispose of organic waste. While there are negatives, the vast majority of homeowners acknowledge the positives are enough to install a disposal in their home.

Most garbage disposals have a reset button that can be triggered with a tool as simple and accessible as your index finger. That said, if you need to perform a more in-depth troubleshooting step, like manually moving the arms inside the unit or rotating the impeller plate, a hex wrench is the most common tool you’ll need. Most garbage disposals come with a hex wrench.

Regular maintenance, such as not disposing of grease or coffee grounds down the sink and routine use of strainers, can prevent clogs.

Soil is just one of the items you shouldn't put down a garbage disposal. Garbage disposals are only meant for soft, non-fibrous foods. Large amounts of topsoil, dirt, or rocks will damage the blades of your garbage disposal or clog the pipes. If a small amount of dirt goes down the drain as you repot a plant, you shouldn't have to worry, but never dump a whole pot of soil in the sink for fast disposal.

Your garbage disposal is not draining because it might have a clog due to food waste, a foreign object, grease, oil, fat, or it may have a broken motor. When water doesn't flush out of the disposal, that's a key sign that your disposal has a clog or needs repair.
