The project included the addition of the shed roof(plus shingling), then framing/screening the entire structure. From sales to project management to the installation team, everyone involved was professional and very personable. The project began on time and was completed in the predetermined 2-day time frame. The installation team showed up when they said they would and worked diligently. I was asked for my preferences on a few minor decisions vs. the installers making the decision. I was very pleased with that vs. having it done one way then not liking what they did. Other companies should model The Covered Patio because this went as smooth as possible and looks terrific. I now have neighbors considering enclosing their covered patios due to seeing the great work this company does. This is a local company and everyone takes great pride in their work. They took the time to explain how to adjust it if needed and answered all our questions. We have enjoyed the awning and waited this long before we placed this info to make sure no problems would show up after using it for a bit. No problems!!!!! It has done what they claimed in lowering the temperature on our deck and also inside the room that opens onto the deck. We are very pleased that we got the awning and are pleased with who sold it to us and who installed it
