"The work began the first Wednesday in October 2020 as promised. It was completed 2 days later. I was please, however 2 weeks later I noticed a bubble or separation in the middle, ceiling panel. I called and spoke to John Maclin, John instructed the installer, Hunter to inspect the ceiling. Hunter sent his employee out to inspect the issue. The employee suggested to reinstall the roof. The employee suggested making some sort of adjustment first by using a 2x4 as a brace. This contact with the employee was made over 30 days ago. I’m still waiting on a resolution. Today is 12/07/2020. Johnny Brand"

"The order took months longer than it should have due to "paperwork problems" .. We ordered in early November with a 30day installation window, but was not installed until February! ..of all months to install an awning; any work is better than none I suppose but sure did not save on the price though. On the day of installation the company installers were ill prepared to install the unit. It was larger than they had expected and heavier. They asked another company's contractors working on my property to help them to steady the unit for them to finish the installation without having to call other workers from the SOUTHERN HEARTH company. I did not learn about this until weeks later when that "helper contractor" contacted me. SUNSETTER AWNING COMPANY has since discontinued their partnership with this company and we are now left with an awesome awning, but with no local authorized dealer or repair service."
