"The customer service was fantastic from the salesman to the installer. I had two bathrooms done, so the installer was in my home for three days. I was very impressed that each day when he left, you couldnâ t even tell he had been there because he cleaned up everything and closed the bathroom door so you couldnâ t even tell work was being done! Personally, I felt the price was a little high, but I am thrilled with the end product!"

"Yes, they worked at restoring the heater on my water heater, went and got the part they needed, and made sure they got the heat restored and the temperature set to my satisfaction. They also made sure they put everything back to the way it was when they arrived. They were very pleasant and professional. Have them in my phone book--hope I DON'T need them, but if I do need a plumber, their number is in my book!"
