"Fine line did not finish their job. Left wires hanging from roof and front porch. Most lights did not work. Promised to come back and never did. Tried several attempts to contact with no response. Horrible job. I had to hire a new company and they said it was the worst install they have ever seen. I had to have all the lights they put up taken down and redone. "Viorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was.
