They gave us a bid months ago, missed the first 3 scheduled installs, said they had an accident on the 4th scheduled and said they would install in June. Here it is July and still no install. What kind of business does not honor their own words?? They do not return calls, text or voicemail. Its really sad since they are family owned. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
