133 First of all we contracted these people to remodel our kitchen. What started off to be a positive hire, ended up being anything but. They did finish the job, but since then we have tried to contact them with problems....they will answer the phone....listen to what you have to say...tell you...
The product was fine. However the sales person took few notes and there was a lack of communication between the sales staff, the person who measured for the tops, and the persons who installed them. One countertop had to be replaced because the installers cut a hole in the granite for a drop...
They performed their work in an efficient and timely manner. They accomodated our schedule as the work progressed in stages. There was one problem with a granite countertop but they corrected that in a timely manner. Their plumbers were professional and pleasant to work with. We did not...
