"As has been my experience since the very first service call in May of 2011, the technician arrived on time. He is curteous, wears shoe covers to protect my wood flooring, knowledgeable and friendly. During last year's service call, he told me about their 'Silver Plan' membership and this year I enrolled. Less than $12 per month gives me 2 inspection calls to keep my unit in order for the summer heat and the winter coldness, discounts on services outside of routine servicing twice yearly and if I have any problems, I just call and he will be out asap. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program. Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.
