"As has been my experience since the very first service call in May of 2011, the technician arrived on time.  He is curteous, wears shoe covers to protect my wood flooring, knowledgeable and friendly.  During last year's service call, he told me about their 'Silver Plan' membership and this year I enrolled.  Less than $12 per month gives me 2 inspection calls to keep my unit in order for the summer heat and the winter coldness, discounts on services outside of routine servicing twice yearly and if I have any problems, I just call and he will be out asap.  This company employs techs who truly know their business trade, educated, background checked and are very personable while maintaining professionalism.  I am so very pleased with Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning and I highly recommend this company.

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
