23 I called because the water heater did not automatically turn on when the water temperature dropped below the set ting. TLC said they would arrive between 10 ant noon but called to say they were running late. I find this very common with many providers but still I think it unprofessional....
We will continue to use their services in the future for our pest control.
I first called to see if they would inspect existing gas logs that would not work--thought there was something wrong with the gas line. They agreed, but encouraged me first to try a few preliminary steps to get them working. I did so. Finally decided that I really wanted a new set of logs....

"I notice most of the reviews are old and about Tommy; he was not the tech. Pros: They were available days before others and who wants to be stuck with dirty laundry? In the end, they charged the trip charge instead of also trying to charge for some time when the job wasn't done (like a certain Company which we no longer use). Cons: The tech started into the upsale immediately, suggesting to almost double what we expected to pay and wasn't too happy when we declined (another reason we stopped using the Company that turned their techs into sales people). He had been there about 1 1/2 hours when he discovered we had a vinyl vent which can't be safely cleaned because it may tear or break. Time was wasted to learn the vent needs to be replaced. Also, he didn't pay attention when I pointed out which 2nd story cover was for the dryer because we found the one for the bathroom on the ground later, which is there to keep birds out."
