Having just moved into a new home, we found we urgently needed a deep french drain installed, and the lot graded to solve a water encroachment problem under the house. Mr. McDaniel came to view the site promptly, reviewed my needs, and provided a reasonable quote. Some minor delays in getting on my job but once started they stayed with it until it was complete. They stressed making sure I was happy with the work before removing their equipment from the site. The final cost was overrun a bit due to equipment limitations and unforeseen site complications. This is to be expected in a small, loosely defined excavation project. All told, the job took a while and cost a little more than expected, but my problem is solved, and we can move on with investing further in this property.
