"I paid $354 for a deep cleaning, I did not get a deep cleaning. They didn't clean baseboards or front door & only 1 ceiling fan (I paid for 2). They left streaks all over our upstairs bath mirror at least I noticed that and had it recleaned. They did not clean any walls, didn't vacuum 2 rugs. The company offered us a $100 refund which is ridiculous. The cleaning we got was only worth $150 in my opinion."

You can mop bamboo floors, but exercise caution to protect the material from excess moisture, which can seep into the bamboo, causing it to warp and well. Moisten a microfiber mop and wring it out until it’s just damp, or use a pH-neutral cleaner, as this will prevent damage to the bamboo fibers. Avoid harsh chemicals, like traditional floor cleaners. Water-based polyurethane sealants emit fewer odors and fumes but dry quickly, which can pose a challenge when trying to get a smooth coat.
