"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"This project went amazingly! Michel and Jeffrey gave me a thorough review and estimate of costs. They were very good communicators and were easy to stay in touch with. They were flexible in scheduling and were willing to work in the time frame that worked with my schedule. Their estimate was more than reason and their work was excellent. They came prepared to the job site and really did an outstanding job. The project didn’t take as long as I expected and their work was so good that we are already planning our next project! These are two honest hardworking men and I highly recommend them for any project you have. They seriously do just about everything you would need help with in fixing or renovating your home!"

"We absolutely love beck! She was very informative, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We actually worked with her on a few projects we had around the house and she was quick to respond, worked very efficiently and got it done in a timely manner. We have seen no issues with any of her work even after quite a bit of time has passed. She ran into some stubborn issues with our house while installing our lights, but she persevered and got the lights installed so wonderfully! We highly recommend her. We were able to rest easy knowing she did good work. Sometimes it’s hard to trust that someone isn’t scamming you then ends up doing a shotty job for a fortune. "We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"
