"Lorenzo did an outstanding job not only cleaning our chimney, but also providing a thorough inspection and clear explanation of everything he found. He covered all the details and explained why certain follow-up work is important to help prevent a chimney fire. We’ll be having The Chimney Guys back soon for the protective chimney coating (I may be forgetting the exact term, but essentially it makes the chimney safer). We were extremely happy with Lorenzo’s professionalism, expertise, and friendly attitude. We RECOMMEND!"
